I am an up-and-coming Instructional Designer. I have worked for the past eight years as a Corporate Trainer, facilitating courses in company safety and technology. I have also had the opportunity to work with Design teams to help create and edit videos as well as create, edit, and update web-based curriculum that was then placed on an internal LMS for employees to access. Through that experience, I have come to greatly enjoy the creative process, specifically when it comes to creating web-based learning that will be effective for those who access and complete it.
